Once the brand works with a factory, they do regularly visit to build trusted relationships. They do audits, questionnaires and risk assessments and monitor suppliers’ performance to identify areas for improvement, set targets and collaborate to achieve common goals. The wool used in this item is RWS certified ensuring that it comes from farms that have a progressive approach to managing their land, practice holistic respect for animal welfare of the sheep and respect the Five Freedoms of animal welfare: Freedom from hunger and thirst, freedom from discomfort, freedom from pain, injury or disease, freedom to express normal behaviour, and freedom from fear or distress

Because this product is made with recycled wool, it offers only cashmere from post consumer or post industrial goods, with no new animal input
